In a democratic country, I can't stand to see these things happening to fellow brothers and sisters worldwide. It breaks my heart. I saw the news on Facebook and on various media outlets, and I'm appalled, to say the least. I hope this issue resolves quickly.

The Korean government should take responsibility for allowing these things to happen. Money cannot replace a life but everything the CCK has should be given to this girls family. So absurb they did this more than once.
