Did it really happen in 2018? Shocking news from The New York Times I read so shocking news today from The New Your Times. It was about Coercive Conversion Program. Actually, I did't know what that was before reading it. I was so curious about that I googled it. Coercive conversion is a program designed by the Christian Council of Korea (CCK) designed to forcibly convert one’s religion to another against their will. During this shocking program, a person was killed at the begging of this year. How is it possible in the 21st century? Where is the human rights gone? sigh..pls read this and you will be shocked as I was.. www.theenquirer.co.uk/coercive-conversion-programmes/

I truly pity the parents who just followed what the pastors asked to do and end up losing their daughter..! I hope there will be no other's parent facing the same thing now!

I still can't believe it, and can't understand why this happened. Is it no human rights in Korea? Korean government should punish this severely

I really cant believe that coercive conversion has happened in this era.Everyone has the freedom to choose or believe in whatever religion they want to believe in,how can the pastor of CCK force one`s religion and religious belief against their will?! Because of their behaviour they have caused two deaths, and they do not even feel ashamed and repent about what they have done! The Korean Government should take this issue seriously and pay attention to the voice of victim.Religious freedom should form part of our human rights and must be protected.

CCK must be stopped...this is totally inhumane and a violation of human rights. They should not allow this to continue happening - it goes against the basic principles of Christianity, for one thing!
